If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re always here to help.

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In original packaging

Please note that items sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damages & Issues

We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

In such cases, Athar will cover the return shipping, ensuring a smooth and worry-free experience.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
